Guarantees: The Commission for the Guarantee of the Right to Access to Public Information (GAIP) is the collegiate body attached to the Generalitat de Catalunya responsible for transparency. It ensures compliance with and safeguards the right of access to public information through mediation, the resolution of complaints, advisory services, the formulation of proposals, training, dissemination and research on all matters relating to this right.
